Ms. Inadomi specializes in the sale of Commercial and Investment Properties, and for 20 years, has guided individuals, partnerships and institutional investors in real estate transactions totaling more than ½ a billion dollars. Since 1993, as a Senior Associate of the Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT group, (formerly Jon Douglas Commercial), Ms. Inadomi has been a consistent top producer and in 2005 was recognized as a “Top 10” Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT agent for all of California, #4 in Southern California, and the #1 Agent in her Coldwell Banker Palos Verdes – Beach Cities office, putting her in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents in the country. In addition, Ms. Inadomi was one of only two women in the country to receive the prestigious Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Circle of Distinction Award in 2005, and was also an Elite Platinum Member for multiple closed transactions over $1M in 2005.
Her most recent award in 2005 was the very distinguished Pinnacle Society Award given to those elite Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT agents, who have grossed $100K commission or more in a single month. She was also one of 11 Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Southern California agents who received the Pinnacle Society Award in 2004.
Ms. Inadomi has been involved in numerous apartment building, shopping center, office building, mixed-use, industrial, entertainment facilities and land transactions. Her clients have included Home Savings, Bank of America, AMRESCO, Cal Fed Enterprises, Pacific Business Bank, University of California, East-West Bank, DNN Capital, and the Leo Freedman Foundation.
A native of Los Angeles, Ms. Inadomi received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Arts and Sciences from USC, where she minored in Business Administration. Currently she serves on the Board as VP of Corporate Sponsorship for Vistas For Children, a South Bay philanthropic organization that raises money for children with special needs. Her proactive networking and marketing, her expansive Southern California network of contacts and important industry players, and her skilled negotiations have consistently delivered desired results.
